Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday.

Carriers

We ship with USPS or UPS, whichever is the best fit for your package. Larger items such as fire pits, fire bowls and water bowls ship by UPS.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to an address in the United States, including fire pits, fire bowls and water bowls.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the box or the item is damaged, keep the packaging and email custominstallparts@gmail.com right away with your order number and photos so we can sort it out with the carrier and make it right.
