Build-It-Yourself Watercraft Ramp Roller Kit – Jet Ski, PWC and Small Boat Dock Ramp, Small or Large, with 2500 lb Winch

Keep your jet ski, personal watercraft or small boat high and dry with a ramp you build yourself. Both kits build a 16 ft ramp and include the rollers, galvanized brackets and bracing, fasteners, a 2500 lb winch and instructions. You supply the pressure treated lumber. Need a longer ramp? Add our Extra Roller Kit (2 rollers with brackets, bracing and fasteners) to extend your ramp up to 32 ft.

Which Size?

• Large Kit: for watercraft with a loaded weight of 1,200 to 2,000 lbs. 16 articulating polyurethane wobble rollers that adjust to your hull.
• Small Kit: for watercraft with a loaded weight up to 1,200 lbs. 12 non-marking thermoplastic rubber rollers.

Suggested lumber (you supply): 2 pressure treated 2x8 x 16 ft, 8 pressure treated 2x6 x 24 to 42 ft, 1 pressure treated 4x4 x 8 ft. Customize as needed.

Small Kit

Assembled: 16 ft (192 in) long x 28 in wide x 30 in high. Kit weight: 40 lb.

Parts included: 8 side braces, 24 roller brackets (2 per roller), winch post braces (right and left), winch, 33 ft nylon strap with hook, 12 rollers, 12 roller spanner bushings, 12 stainless 3/8 in Nylock nuts, 12 stainless 3/8 x 2-1/2 in hex bolts, 30 galvanized 3 in deck screws, 18 galvanized 3/8 x 2-1/2 in carriage bolts, 24 galvanized 3/8 x 2-1/2 in hex bolts, 3 galvanized 3/8 x 4-1/2 in hex bolts, 1 galvanized 1/2 x 8 in carriage bolt with nut and washer, 45 galvanized 3/8 in nuts, 45 galvanized 3/8 in split washers, 1 Phillips screwdriver bit.
